MyMee is an organization that provides information and counseling for people with various autoimmune disorders. They were experiencing low conversion rates and asked my to enhance the UX to increase conversion. The existing site was organized by content type — patient stories were grouped together, resources were grouped together, etc..
The solution came in the form of an updated sitemap. The new UX grouped the content of the site by specific autoimmune disorder. So all AIDS information, for example, is now grouped together. This resulted in a 30% increase in conversion.
